Refund policy

All sales are final.
Because many Eric Frags pieces are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or color preference.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Email fragilela.main@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the item and the packaging

Once we review it, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Custom orders
Custom mirrors are final sale and can’t be returned, except if they arrive damaged.
