Where we ship from: All Eric Frags orders ship from Los Angeles, California.
Where we ship to: We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Processing times: Many mirrors are made to order. Please allow the processing time listed on each product page (most mirrors: 6–14 days to cut, package and ship; in-stock items and mugs ship faster). You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
International orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees. Delivery times vary by destination.
Damaged or wrong items: Inspect your order on arrival and email fragilela.main@gmail.com right away if anything is damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.
